    Clear practical advice & support for anyone experiencing issues with money & mental health.

    Can provide free confidential Debt Advice & plans to solve debt issues.

    Provide advice & support to prevent financial insecurity. Includes a benefits calculator & online grants finder.

Supporting diverse groups

Many communities are underserved in our society, below are some support services for some key types of support that cater to some of these communities:
 

  • Voades UK
    Telephone counselling service for Spanish and Portugese speakers.

  • Muslim Community Helpline
    A free confidential helpline for Muslim people of all ages & gender. Call 0208 904 8193 or 0208 908 6715 during helpline hours (helpline hours on website).
     

  • Southhall Black Sisters
    Free confidential helpline & Advocacy for women & girl's. They also provide 1-1 support for those with No recourse to public funds. Tel: 020 8571 0800
     

  • Galop - LGBTQ Anti Abuse charity
    The provide free confidential support to LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse & violence.
    Tel: 0800 999 5428 or via webchat on website.
    (Mon - Thurs 10-8.30pm, Fri 10-4.30pm).
     

  • LGBTQ Consortium
    A national specialist infrastructure & membership organisation for LGBT+ services. They provide an online directory of projects, groups & services supporting LGBT+ people across the UK.
     

  • Report-it (True Vision)
    A confidential & anonymous-offering online hate crime reporting centre in partnership with the police, for anyone who has been the victim of crimes motivated by hostility or prejeduice towards their identity. This includes the following types of hate crimes:

    Disability
    Race
    Religious
    Sexual Orientation
    Transgender
    Other; age, gender or 'alternative sub-culture'


    They also provide a list of independent organisations that can offer support to broken down by identity/community.
